We're building our nursing team for anticipated client referrals and are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to establish a relationship with us. (Note: An active RN or LPN license is required to qualify).

What Does a Pediatric Home Health Nurse Do on a Daily Basis?

When you take on a pediatric case, you become a lifeline for a child and their family, providing high-level care in the comfort of their own home. Your day-to-day will typically include:

Providing dedicated, 1-on-1 medical care tailored to the child's specific developmental and clinical needs.

Managing complex medical interventions, which may include G-tube feedings, tracheostomy/ventilator care, seizure management, and respiratory treatments.

Administering scheduled medications and closely monitoring vital signs and changes in condition.

Educating, communicating with, and empowering family members so they feel confident in their child’s ongoing care plan.
